·       All cow’s milk and related milk-based products: “half & half,” creamers.

·       All chocolate: chocolate syrups, toppings, mixes, cocoa powders, or flavorings.

·       All cheeses and cheese flavorings: cottage cheese, pizza, cheese crackers

·       All yogurts, ice cream, sherbet, whip cream.

·       Dressings: ranch, bleu cheese, creamy anything.

·       Sauces and Toppings: alfredo, sour cream, dips, fondue.

·       Any product listing casein, sodium caseinate (many “non-dairy” creamers have these)

The following may also be issues but some people can do well with them once they have cleared their body of all dairy for 1 month.  Remove all dairy, and then reintroduce one at a time to see if you have any symptoms arise

o      Whey

o      Butter allergy

o      Keifer
