My vision is a world in which each person lives out their "Big Dream" through a life of profound physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual growth.

My mission is to become a catalyst for my patients healing and wellness.  I use customized clinical nutritional programs to up-regulate my patients' physiology which creates the ongoing refinement of health.  I am compassionate, related innovative and resourceful within an environment of unconditional acceptance.  I will go the distance to help my patients experience the evolution in health necessary to live their dreams.

My purpose is to be the catalyst for an evolution in consciousness, which will facilitate a personal relationship with God.

My 9 guiding principles that I live by:

  • Worship God
  • Respect all people
  • Humility
  • Compassion
  • Integrity
  • Honesty
  • Morality
  • Generosity
  • Practice what I preach

Why?

I have been blessed with many evolutional shifts in my life, and I serve others because I am fueled by watching people shift their own lives.  It is a true blessing that the knowledge I have gained can help others have a more fulfilled life experience.  The following is my story, and what lead me to be in your life today.

Ever since I was a child I have been intrigued by people.  I often "coached" friends through challenges they were having in their life. My connection to others was through being "the understanding and compassionate" person in their life.  I would enter in deeply into the conversation, coach them on their situation and then would back away and watch.

As I grew older, my analytical side took over.  I became focused on "perfection" and lost touch with some of my compassion.  My perfectionism and need to please others drove me to success in school.  I followed my father's example of being a strong businessman; I decided to get a business degree and was successful in the corporate business world for 5 years.  However, I was not fulfilled by the promotions and the bigger and better job.

My best friend had interest in helping people get well.  After much searching, he decided on going to chiropractic school.  I decided to try traditional chiropractic and one day found myself not needing to purchase any more antacids, which I was using constantly.  For vacation, my best friend and I would go to chiropractic seminars. Seeing the possibility of being a catalyst for change in people's lives brought me from a business career to chiropractic school.

My entire chiropractic school experience was an immense personal growth for me.  I learned how miraculous the body was philosophically and intellectually. I was blessed with the amazing experience of seeing my patients getting well by moving a bone in their spine.  This confirmed in me the existence of an innate intelligence within the body, which controlled and coordinated all things in the body.  It showed me the possibility of unleashing its power by removing the interference. These experiences, along with my digging in philosophically, lead me to the belief in the existence of a universal intelligence, which I later identified as God.

My next awakening was when I started to see how what I ate had an effect on who I was in the world.  As I made healthier choices, I had more sustained energy.  I removed dairy from my diet for 30 days, then decided to eat a dairy dessert and I was hit with one of the worst hangovers of my life...from eating dairy.  By removing it from my diet and reintroducing it I was able to see the effect it was having on my life. This began my journey on learning "how to eat healthy."  I went thorough many variations over the years in search of what are the essential elements of a healthy diet.

My next evolutional shift was my first NUCCA adjustment which gave me the first glimpse of what life could be like without consistent underlying irritability.  The removal of the brain stem pressure changed the way that I related to the outside world.  It allowed me to truly relax and stop trying to control every situation in my life.  I spent the next few years of my life focusing on becoming a great NUCCA chiropractor.  I then began to learn many other specific chiropractic techniques, as I was able to understand the need for different techniques for different situations.  During this time, I was going to personal growth seminars.  I embarked upon some deep emotional work.  I learned to journal my thoughts and feelings, and share them with trusted others.

My next and most dramatic evolutional shift was developing a personal relationship with Christ.  For the first time in my life I understood how I could be alone, and not be lonely.  I began looking for guidance from Christ, and knew that my life is meant to be profound. I began to gain confidence in my actions.  I understood for the first time that I could be fulfilled by my relationship with Him.  Through much prayer, I was guided to discontinue an engagement that was not in God's plan for me.  I confronted my need to be a perfectionist, and how it was driven by a lack of trust in God. Christ shed me of my need for perfectionism and my need to please others.  I then spent the next few years coming up against challenges and being led through them. I was blessed with getting connected with a small group of guys from church.  This experience of talking about what's going on in my life, and what I feel God has to say about it has created consistent growth, even in the difficult times of my life.  God has placed some strong Christian mentors in my life, who would speak wisdom into my life at exactly the right time.  I was led to ask a person who I had just met, if she would make a forty day commitment to do "The Purpose Driven Life" with me.  The experience was profound.  I am consistently astonished that even in times of my life when I feel distant from God, He is always there awaiting my return.  I am forever thankful for everything He has done and continues to do for me.

Reading many testimonials of restored health, I even became a vegan for three years.  Interestingly, I saw my health get better and better, than I saw my health plateau, then I saw my health decrease.  I saw this same pattern clinically in my patients who became vegan.  I was astounded, how something could get people well and then create ill health.  The lesson I learned from this experience, was the importance of the vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates (from vegetables) as well as protein and fat to our health.

Next, I began digging in and learning what is truly possible with nutrition.  I started reading tons of books and taking hundreds of hours of clinical nutritional seminars.  I learned how the traditional diet (including healthy animal protein) has created health for thousands of years, yet something has changed dramatically in the last 100 years in our society. I began to learn how deficient most people are in their nutrition, and how to supplement their current diet.  I started to use the industry standard, lab-made isolated, fractionated vitamins and minerals, and saw some changes in my patients over the short term, but could not achieve long term results.  I then learned about the use of whole food vitamins.  I witnessed the enhanced and long term health response in my patients when they shifted from fractionated vitamins and minerals, to whole food vitamins and minerals which were carefully made from vegetable and animal origins.

My next evolution was meeting Dr Stuart White.  Sitting in his seminar, I saw he had a unique understanding of what it took to get people well.  I could see that his 30 years of experience with 32,000 patients brought him to a unique understanding of human physiology.  He observed his patients closely allowed them to teach him the essential pillars of health.  The order of importance to address these different pillars of health became evident.   Dr. Stuart and I had lunch together, at that seminar, and we connected on a spiritual level immediately.  It was clear to me that the work he was doing was going to be profound in my life.  He expressed the importance of me of taking the supplements that will strengthen my endocrine/neural-hormonal system (the first pillar of health).  He explained how strengthening my endocrine/neural-hormonal system would give me the fuel to be the healer I am meant to be.

Using Dr. Stuart's 7 pillars of health in the deemed physiological priority to restore my health has been amazing.  I continue to use the work to enhance my health and that of my patients.   I know my life has profoundly shifted because of this work.  As I continue to move through the seven pillars of health, my body and my mind are continually getting stronger.  My energy, my clarity of mind and purpose has amplified.  It is incredible what people are noticing in me. My best friend of 30+ years continues to be amazed at the positive evolution of my life;  even people who don't know me well can see the change.  It is truly a blessing from God, that while I am achieving true health personally by using this work, I also get to use it to help my patients.  I get to be fulfilled in watching the change that is happening in my patient's lives by facilitating them to accept the opportunities that God constantly gives for evolution.

Thank you for the opportunity to work with you, may God Bless you on your road to health.
