Recipe for Healthy Lasagna

 

You won't Believe It's Good For You!

 

Ingredients:

  • Deboles organic lasagna
  • Muir glen organic sauce, garden vegetable
  • Pete's tofu, Italian herb (one packet per pan)
  • Veggie crumbles

Heat veggie crumbles with 1/2 cup water until ground meat appearance.  Add one to two jars of sauce depending on how saucy you like it.  Boil the noodles.  Place 1/4 cup of sauce on bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.  Layer ingredients in pan in this order: Noodles, 1/2 of the sauce mixture, 1/2 packet of tofu crumbled up, noodles, remaining sauce mixture, 1/2 packet of tofu crumbled up.

Heat at 350 for 45 minutes.
