Mexicali Corn Salad

2 Cups Fresh Corn Kernals

¾ Cup Chopped Red Pepper

½ Cup Chopped Scallion

¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro

4-5 Green Olives, Sliced

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Liquid Aminos

½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin

Pinch Cayenne to Taste

Toss all ingredients together
